Battle of the Booze Results

The Boozy Battles have got off to a start. 

The results are in and I’m not mad at them. I had a suspicion the results would go as they did. 

There were some remarks made about one of the songs sounding too country. But really - what did you expect from a country artist? Pop? Rock? 

I apologize for being slow to make my rounds to the other participants. I picked up some nasty crud at the tail end of last month - the docs suspect it may have been covid, but since it had been a good week or more before I saw my doc, it was too late to test with accurate results.  Also, about that time, I started radiation treatments again. This time they are treating 2 locations close to my esophagus. I’ve been doing these treatments 5 days a week and will continue with them until almost the end of the month.  The treatments have been going smoothly, but they do make me extremely tired. 

So, let’s get these results posted so I can get to bed and do it all again tomorrow.

Well, that was a blow out! Chris Stapleton moves on to the playoffs, and we have 2 new contestants next month.  I’ve got a slightly different take on next month’s battle.
